Warranty Policy

1. RTB Technology Co., Ltd. reserves the right to guarantee products imported or distributed by us only which are Jabra, Bang & Olufsen, GoPro, Energea, Bazic, SteelSeries, Audio-Technica, JLab, Uniq, Coehl, Nudient, Master&Dynamic, ResMed, Motolora, Nokia, Cricut, Defunc, Hohem, JisuLife and GravaStar

2. This warranty will cover only products sold in Thailand or sold by our authorized distributors and must have proof of purchase i.e., tax invoice or receipt.

3. Warranty period from the manufacturers starts from the date of purchase.

4. Warranty from the manufacturers cover only products under normal use and do not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact and natural disasters.

5. In case of regular products, a special edition or limited edition products are damaged, RTB reserves the right to modify (repair) or replace with an equivalent model while warranty period still remains the same.

6. Product specification deterioration cannot be raised as a claim such as working hours reducing caused by usage of the battery deteriorating for a reasonable period of time.

7. Premium or giveaway are not under warranty policy.

8. Customers are responsible for delivery and returning products from RTB service center.

9. RTB reserves the right to change, amend the terms of product warranty without prior notice


Product warranty period

*Warranty period is subject to the product brand owner. 


Products damage and accessories which are not under warranty conditions

1. Serial number is lost, damaged or removed.

2. Defective equipment, cracked, broken, dents, burnt, chipped, bent, distorted, drop, scratches on the circuit board or some parts are missing such as screen, devices and buttons.

3. Damage caused by accidents, natural disasters (lightning, flood, fire, earthquake) or insects and animal.

4. Damage caused by using unsupported connected devices or not certified by the manufacturer or improperly modified being used together.

5. Damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, negligence, improper storage or other fault.

6. Hardware or software which modified or repair by an unauthorized partner or service provider.

7. In case of products are unboxed or being used, RTB reserves the right to reject the return of products caused of customer dissatisfaction.

8. RTB reserves the right to change or amend the warranty conditions without prior notice.


Product claim must include;

- Product and accessories 

- Proof of purchase (receipt or tax invoice)

- Product package with RTB warranty void sticker
